Types of Membership:

  • Pharmacist - Full Member: Full members will receive free or discounted educational materials, products, and access to resources as they become available under the "Members Only" section of the website. Annual membership cost: $250; Monthly membership cost: $21
  • Pharmacist - New Practitioner: For Pharmacists within one year of training completion.  Same benefits as full members. Annual membership cost: $150;  Monthly membership cost: $13
  • Student Pharmacist: The Society realizes that fostering future pharmacists' interest in and understanding of hospice, pain management, and palliative care practice is integral to the growth of our profession. Same benefits as full members. Annual membership cost: $35; Monthly membership cost: $3
  • Pharmacy Technicians: Pharmacy Technicians enjoy all the benefits of Full Members with some limitations on serving in leadership positions within the Society. Annual membership cost: $35; Monthly membership cost: $3
  • Resident/Fellow Pharmacist: Pharmacists in current residency or fellowship training programs. Same benefits as full members. Annual membership cost: $100; Monthly membership cost: $9
  • Affiliate Member: Membership opportunity for non-pharmacist professionals. Affiliate Members enjoy all the benefits of Full Members with some limitations on serving in leadership positions within the Society. Annual membership cost: $100; Monthly membership cost: $9
  • International Member: Membership opportunity at discounted rate for international pharmacists not residing in the US. Annual membership cost: $100; Monthly membership cost: $9
  • PGY-2 Pain Management and Palliative Care Residency Program Director Membership: Discounted membership offered to PGY-2 RPDs. Annual membership cost: $150; no monthly membership option; no autopay option to ensure information in reviewed annually.
